The confidence I have received from the transformation has been nothing short of spectacular and life changing. I fell back in love with myself again, I no longer avoided looking in the mirror and not knowing the person staring back at me. I fell back in love with the person staring back at me. The journey was instantaneous. When I started seeing Sam I often took my two boys 2.5 years and 6 months old. They are now 14 and 12. I can’t control getting older. However i deserve to orchestrate and be the best version of myself. I owe that to myself. Doing this was, and continues to be the foundation of my personal growth and ongoing confidence. I have found renewal to lose 50kg, develop outstanding success at work (I suffered from imposter syndrome), and stopped saying “boy I feel old”.
